Cultural Significance & Uses

The bark shavings can be used for eye wash. Leaves can be used as a medicine for sore throat, chest and diarrhoea.

Flowering And Fruits

Flowering occurs between June – October and the tree bears fruit between October – January.
The fruits becomes edible when it turns yellow – black.
